Your First Visit
As soon as you check in for your appointment, Dr. Chan will personally greet you in our lounge before escorting you back to a consultation room. There, he will ask questions about you and your oral health in an effort to get to know you better. From there, he will relay any information to our assistant and/or hygienist who will then continue the discussion once you are in the dentist’s chair.
Based on the information you provide in your new patient paperwork, we will have the movie of your choice ready to go when you arrive. This is just one of the many amenities we offer to help create a more personalized and comfortable environment for our patients. You’ll also receive a blanket and pillow if you prefer. We also let children choose their flavor of prophy for their cleaning!
We’ll then conduct a complete dental examination and teeth cleaning to ensure you walk away with a healthier, happier smile.
